Floating in Mid-Air Photo
Without using Photoshop, how do you take shots where small items
seem to be floating in mid-air? Take poster board and lay it
down as a background. Take a piece of glass (at least
4 times bigger than the subject) and place it four
inches above the poster board. Place subject
on glass and shoot from directly above.
Shooting from above the subject
will force shadows between the
glass and the background.
