Pictures like this are taken with long exposure times (usually minutes as opposed
to seconds or fractions of seconds.) Make sure the camera is steady
(use a tripod or set it on a solid surface.) Do NOT try to hold
the exposure by hand. Use a self timer, or a remote
control, or cable release to set off the shutter.
