"Story Telling Photo"

"
To tell a story, first you need a subject. This may be a friend, a building, or some abstract object. The subject (or main character) is usually placed in the
foreground of the shot (towards the viewer).  To add interest to
your story, you need to include a second element,
(a context), which is often the background.
The context gives the subject relevance,
presence, location, or interest.

The combination of these two elements - foreground and background
- is what makes your photo tell a story.
