If you are having a problem with blurry photos and you don't have
your trusty tripod with you, try switching to action mode. 
You don't have to be shooting sports to use this mode. 
This setting simply allows the camera to choose the
fastest shutter speed possible based on the given
light.  Faster speed means less blurring.
